Gentle songs and time to reconnect with yourself and others in beautiful nature, supported by nourishing vegetarian food and glorious countryside.
Ella Speirs has been leading groups in song for over 20 years and leads Heart & Soul Community Singers in Chester. A long term member of the Natural Voice Network, she is also a qualified Person-Centered Group Facilitator and has completed a 9 year training with the School of Movement Medicine in conscious dance, mindfulness and embodied shamanic practices.
